On July 14th 2013, Matthews sister Natalie Kiernan and Matthews girlfriend Kerry Patrick will be running the London 10k!!! Never have they ran before so this will be one of their biggest challenges to accomplish. All donations will be donated to the charity C.A.L.M and heres the reason why.....

The campaign against living miserably (CALM) exists to prevent male suicide in the UK. A charity which is very close to our hearts. The charity supports young men who are struggling to deal with the difficulties in life. After losing our beloved Matthew on the 29th December 2012 aged just 20 years old, we feel that this charity needs all the support and donations possible to help stop suicide cases which is accounted for the deaths of more young men in England & Wales in 2011 than road death, murder and HIV/AIDs combined.

So please dig deep and help this amazing charity and keep our memory of Matthew (AKA Beanz) alive. Lots of love and thanks, Kerry & Natalie xxx
