Story
as part of The Levy UK team I will be taking on a 36km route by bike, foot and Kayak all in one day..I will be 'training' in the South Downs in readiness for the ascent to the top of Snowdons 1,085m and hoping the cycling isn't too much more of an incline than the route over Devils Dyke.
I am hoping the Kayaking route is flat or down hill?
