My beloved partner, Simon, tragically passed away on 12th December 2021, from sleep apnoea, age 44. 

I am doing dry January and dechox to raise funds for The Sleep Apnoea Trust. There are three family birthdays in January (one being a big birthday) so giving up alcohol for a month will be a challenge, including chocolate which I love! I am determined to raise as much as possible to donate to the Sleep Apnoea Trust and would be so grateful for any donations. Thank you 💙
