May 2021 is national walking month, so I am taking on the 70 Miles in May challenge for Independent Arts, an Isle of Wight charity founded in 1987, using the arts to improve wellbeing, quality of life and to reduce social isolation. It's a great excuse to get outside and get active, as well as raising some money for a great island charity along the way!
