We wanted to create this memorial page for an inspirational and beautiful young lady who sadly lost her battle to cancer on the 23rd August this year. Sam had planned a skydiving event to raise funds for the Good Hope Chemotherapy Unit for the amazing care they had provided over the years. We hope you can join us in remembering Sam and raising funds that sadly she was unable to do.
