Story

I'm taking part in the Spinnaker Tower Abseil for Challengers, a local charity based in Guildford that provides fully inclusive play opportunities for disabled children and young people!

I do something mad once a year to raise money for Challengers having been involved with them since 1989. Last year walking over hot coals, this year deciding to have a really good view over Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight whilst throwing myself off The Spinnaker Tower at Gunwharf Quays.

About the charity

All children need to play, but for disabled children it is essential to help them reach their full potential. Challengers provides numerous play schemes for disabled children from across the South East. However, there are hundreds of children missing out every day and your gift can help them play.
