We are wanting to raise money for a local charity after our beautiful, brave mum sadly lost her short battle with cancer on Sunday 4th October 2020. 

Janet was a much loved partner to Richard, Mum of 6, Granny of 9, Sister of 6, Auntie to many and beloved Friend to all who knew her. She touched the hearts of all around her. Mum did anything for anyone who asked, with a willing heart and never asking anything in return. All who knew her loved and respected her and we all will remember her fondly. 

The decision has been made for family flowers only and if anyone would have liked to sent flowers, we kindly ask that you donate the money to York Against Cancer in memory of our beautiful mum. 

Unfortunately due to the covid 19 pandemic the funeral, sadly is going to have to be very small. We are hoping that people will come out and show Janet/Mum how much everyone loved her. She will be passing through Clifton on Wednesday the 14th of October around 11am. She will being walked from 52 to 16 Burton Green which was her family home for many years. 

Any donation big or small will be massively appreciated to us as a family but also go towards helping the fight against cancer locally.
