Hi everyone,

As you know my father (Brian Burgess) sadly passed away on the 4th of July 2010 after fighting for three and half years with MND.

Motor neurone disease is a dreaful and terminal illness which affects the muscles and nerves in your body, giving people herrendous symptoms.

Unfortunately the MND association have not yet found a cure for this disease, but I'm hoping that with your support we can remain positive and hopefully one day they will find ways of helping people with this illness.

We would be greatful as a family for your donation and I know my Dad would be very happy that we are doing this.
