Story
Sadly, Dad passed away after being diagnosed with oesophagus cancer in February.
He was a loving and caring husband, dad and grandad.
A great friend, mentor, supporter to many and leaves a huge hole in all our lives.
He treated everyone he met with kindness and respect and greeted us all with a firm handshake or a back-breaking hug!
We would like donations to be made to Farleigh Hospice, instead of flowers being sent to the funeral. Flowers, though lovely, have such a short life. By making a donation in memory of Dad, you will be contributing to a very good cause and helping others. Dad would have approved. Farleigh were amazing. Especially towards the end. They managed to get Dad home, which is where he wanted to be for the last few days.
Unfortunately due to covid we have very limited numbers at the funeral, but once this is over, mum and I will be arranging a celebration of his life next year. He always liked a good get together!
