Becky and I decided we'd sign up for the Race for Life after losing our good mate Cannings to leukaemia last year. To see such a brilliant guy lose his life to such a terrible disease has affected us both deeply. So we wanted to give something back to help others.

Considering how fundamentally lazy we both are, we figured running 10k would be the best way to get people to donate money to Cancer Research UK. 

We'd really love it if you could help us raise money for such a good cause. If we manage our target then we may even sign up for more sporting charity events in the future. Because laughing at us hopeless athletes is always funny and we both know our man Cannings would have found this idea hilarious.
