As a result of MIMs there are also many qualitative evaluations from mums including: I would not have survived if it werent for the MIMs group. I now have a support network, friends and a better understanding of depression being able to talk about how I felt I realised that Im not the only one not a freak, not on my own. Being fortunate enough to be referred to the MIMs course was an experience like no other I have ever had. The meeting was a clam, peaceful trusted setting, guided by Cheryl who put us at ease right from the start. She understood how we were feeling, always providing a safe haven for us to share our darkest thoughts and times.
