In the past year, me and my partner have had 3 miscarriage’s, 2 of them we had to go all the way to the scan to see that our babies had no heart beat.  We got our hopes up of being parents and then it got taken away from us so quickly. Anyone who has been through what we have, knows the pain that we have had to overcome. 

I have been asked many times what I want to do in life and my answer has always been the same, to be a mum. People say to me that it will happen eventually but that doesn’t make the pain any less bearable. 

This has been a very heartbreaking year for both myself and my partner, but I am very lucky to have him and an amazing support system from our friends and family, however,  there are people who have to go through this grief alone because of the lack of support that is offered to them and that is NOT okay. People need to know what support is out there, and that is why I am asking everyone to help me raise money and spread the word of the mariposa, saying goodbye foundation, a charity that helps support men and women who have lost a baby through pregnancy, birth and infancy. This charity also helps support people grieving over not being able to have children aswell. 

I will be doing a fundraising event on the 15th April 2023 at the garden bar in hove at 15:00 where there will be live entertainment and a raffle/auction. Everyone is welcome to come and help me raise money for this amazing charity.
