Story

4 (Mil Trg) Sqn will be taking part in multiple challenging activities to raise funds for the Royal Signals Charity. Sqn members will be supporting #Howfar by running, cycling, tabbing and Kayaking as many miles as they can during the month of June. The Sqn will also be celebrating the Royal Corps of Signals 101st Birthday with collective events covering 101 miles. This will consist of 3 events, one to launch the challenge, one enduring throughout the month and one finale at the end. 1.1 Jun 2021 – Obstacle course challenge. The Sqn will complete 101 laps of the obstacle course. A minimum of 2 SP will complete each lap. Each lap, regardless of how many members complete it, will only count as one. 2.1 – 30 Jun 2021 – Leopard crawl challenge. During the month of Jun members of 4 Sqn will complete a collective distance of 101 miles of leopard crawling.3.30 Jun 2021 – Stretcher carry. Members of the Sqn will carry a stretcher weighing 101 lbs a total distance of 101 kms. 4 SP will be carrying the stretcher at any one time and will complete a km circuit prior to changing the carrying team.
