I will be attempting my first ever 10k race at the Great Manchester Run on 20th May.

This is a huge challenge for me as I have never classed myself as a runner but have been steadily training for the last few months and hope to be able to complete it in one piece!

I am running to raise funds for Visyon, which is a local charity based in Congleton, Cheshire. 

Visyon is a charity that is passionately committed to improving the emotional health and well being of children and young people.

I would really appreciate your support in helping me raise money for this very worthy cause.
