Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. Over the last 6 1/2 years Ups and Downs South West (a down syndrome support group) have been an incredible support to my family. They offer  amazing advice through very difficult and stressful times. They are always available to reassure and encourage. They have been a real lifeline , helping with paperwork, school statements, questions about education, friendships, development and health. They are a complete inspiration .

Over the last few years we have set up a Salisbury Branch of Ups and Downs. This aims to support families and children in the area with Down Syndrome offering monthly coffee mornings and regular friendship groups. We also meet up twice a year for a picnic and Christmas party.

Recently, Ups and Downs South West have had funding issues and we really need your help to make sure they are able to continue their much needed valuable work. Please sponsor us :)
