As most of you know Mum passed away on the 17th November at home with myself, Dad, Conor & Ted beside her.
After a month in hospital it was time to bring her home, so she could be cared for by us. We were only able to do that because of St Michaels Hospice, who were amazing during this time.
Their care and compassion, for both Mum and all of us ( including Ted) will never be forgotten. So with that in mind could we please ask, that instead of flowers on the day, you please help anyway you can, so we can show St Michaels hospice how much we appreciate them.
