We provide access to trauma support to those who have suffered a mass trauma

Story

I’m aiming to walk one million steps between 1st May and 31st July 2022 to raise funds for the Trauma Response Network.

The  trauma response network provides free, psychological interventions for people in the UK who have experienced mass trauma events. This includes support and therapy for people such as: Ukrainian refugees, people who have experienced terrorist events or those impacted by the Grenfell disaster.

Those who know me will know how passionate I am about people receiving help after experiencing trauma. We know that there are amazing evidence-based treatment that can make a huge difference to peoples lives after they have experienced something awful.  I’m hoping any funds I can raise will go towards helping people get the right psychological support, at the right time, after experiencing trauma.
