For over 40 years we have provided assistance to families and individuals affected by domestic abuse. Domestic abuse isn't just physical. It’s about someone you know trying to control your life - a partner, ex partner, friend or family member. It can be financial, psychological, emotional or sexual and there is no excuse for it. Abuse can affect you long term by damaging your self esteem and wellbeing and that of your children. We want people to know they don’t have to go through these experiences alone and there is help available.
