Dogs Trust - Waggy Walks - London · 3 October 2010 ·
A MASSIVE THANK YOU to everyone who has made a donation towards this event. You've made a difference in helping abused / abandoned / unwanted dogs find a home and the vetenary care they need!
So here's a quick summary of what we did and why:
We – me, my mother, who kindly joined in the fun & games and Roxy, adopted in April 2010 from the Dogs Trust – took part in Waggy Walks, Finsbury Park in the pouring rain to raise money for the Dogs Trust who never put a healthy dog down!
We knew this was going to be an experience for all involved – loads of other dogs, people, smells, action, noise... 2 humans attempting to stay dry whilst desperately trying to remain in control of one very young, overactive, crazy Choc-Lab-X-Collie who can't quite control her bladder when she meets people and hasn't mastered the concept of a lead yet – all taking place in the pouring rain...
Thank YOU!
