Last summer my daughter Kayla said to me she didn't think it was fair that she had such beautiful hair when there were little girls who were poorly and didn't have any hair. She asked to get it cut off so she could give it to The Little Princess Trust to be made into a wig. I waited until she asked again and we talked about it on and off until after Christmas. I suggested that if she wanted to do that it would be a good idea to raise money for a charity that mattered to her. She has always wanted everyone to have a home. So I suggested we look into a charity that would help the homeless. She is so excited to raise money to help people sleep a comfortable night and have a good meal. She is too young to understand just how much of a positive impact she will be having on others. Her dad and I along with her whole family are so proud of her loving and giving nature.
