There's not a day that goes past when I remember how lucky I am to have my Mum, Cheryl Miller here. She was diagnosed with breast cancer over ten years ago and after an invasive surgery and gruelling courses of chemo and radiotherapy she fought the disease against the odds. There were many dark days but these were won over by her strength and positivity. 

She and my Dad, David Miller, now sit on the committee of Cotswolds Breakthrough Breast Cancer and work to raise money for this charity to fund ground breaking research into more effective treatments and the development, one day, of a cure. 

I would like to support them and many others by running the London Marathon this April.
