As some of you may know, Noa Girls is a charity which is very close to our hearts.

We are dedicated to the incredible work that Noa does and would be really grateful if you were able to support us in helping Noa with its invaluable work.  

Noa works with adolescent girls in the Orthodox Jewish community
providing them with practical, emotional and therapeutic support in
a sensitive and non-judgmental environment. They empower girls, helping them move forward, build self-esteem, and lead more productive, healthy and meaningful lives. Noa currently supports over 130 girls from North-West London and Hackney. They have an ever-increasing waiting list of girls needing their service.

Adolescence can be challenging enough with self-esteem, changing social situations and body image becoming more central to everyday life. But the girls Noa supports often face many additional
issues such as bullying, eating disorders, difficult home situations, anxiety and depression or traumatic life events. Noa provides a life line for many girls who have nowhere else to turn.

These unprecedented and uncertain times are a challenge for
everyone.  For girls at Noa who were struggling before the coronavirus
pandemic, current times are much tougher. Noa is continuing to offer its vital services throughout the lockdown, to support vulnerable girls in our community at the time they need that support more than ever before. When much of the world has shut down, Noa remains open as usual, offering each girl tailored support to meet her individual needs and ensuring that she has the tools and confidence to confront her challenges.

We have committed to run 10 km each in the Maccabi Community fun run on 24 May. We hope our efforts will inspire you to sponsor us which will raise much-needed funds for Noa and also enable the girls at Noa to feel the acceptance and support of the community.
