Kate Hardwick meant so much to so many different people - a daughter, mother, best friend, wife, auntie, head teacher,  football mum and so many more roles. 

Across each of these she was consistent in the love, compassion, care and support she showed to everyone.

A beautiful, strong, courageous person who we will miss very much but privileged that we had her in our lives
