Pedalling ahead for babies born sick or too soon...
Fundraising Event in aid of Wansbeck Special Care Baby Unit and The Teardrop Group.
Of
3,000 births each year 400 babies are born small or poorly lets raise
funds together to help them save more tiny lives just like our son
Bailey!!!
We have now raised in the region of £15,000.00 over the last two years,
this money has helped purchase much needed equipment on Special Care
and has also helped open the Bereavement Room at Wansbeck Hospital,
this room was and is much needed, "Willow" as it is called was opened
in November and has been used by families who leave that hospital
broken hearted and empty handed. The money has helped these families
each receive, clothes for their babies, a soft toy, a memory box, some
much needed photos and little things like personal toiletries, books,
internet access and a T.V.
Let us go on providing much needed
funds to help our little ones grow stronger with each given day and go
on providing a cash flow to The Teardrop Group so that these broken
hearted families can be supplied with a place to grieve and seek solace
at such an awful time in their lives.
Please come along and support a fantastic Cause!
