Over the last couple of months I have sponsored people fundraising money for charities mainly operating in the health sector. I now want to do something a bit different - something that's important too though.

Today I want to support a charity that helps homeless pets. I wish I could do so by giving one of these abandoned and frightened creatures a new home myself. My parents have done that for their 2 dogs and to the bottom of my heart I am touched by how grateful these lovely creatures are and much love and loyalty they are giving back every single day.

Unfortunately here in London I myself don't have the time and space they deserve. Hopefully I will one day. But by running the Royal Parks Half Marathon I want to support a charity that takes cares of this. Battersea Cats & Dogs Home help vulnerable and homeless dogs and cats and determined to create lasting changes for animals in our society. Please help me supporting this by making a donation.
