I thought hey why not take part in the Infor Cycle Heros ride to Paris.  I ride 15 miles a day on my commute to work - how much harder can riding 200+ be................the truth is lots! - but its a great cause and one that my family has been involved with for a long time.

My family is full of real life heroes with members of the Murray clan being involved in pretty much every military conflict since WW1 right through to Afghanistan.  I've heard some horrific stories of the things our servicemen have to endure and the injuries some of them suffer - but they always seem to manage to retain their positive outlook and sense of humour , something I think us lesser mortals would struggle to do.
