Joy Village Supporting the Elderly, Vulnerable & those in Need in Enugu, Nigeria · 19 May 2020

Go Dharmic volunteers serve the underprivileged every week across the UK. We have launched a campaign to support the elderly, vulnerable and carers during this difficult time.

Story

On a weekly basis, our volunteers distribute approximately 1000 meals a day to underprivileged, homeless and vulnerable people in London & Luton. During this unparalleled and unprecedented moment in time, we wish to continue to do everything we can to help the elderly and those in isolation whilst taking sensible measures to increase the effectiveness of social distancing. Our kind-hearted and generous volunteers currently assisting hundreds of people within their networks who are in difficult circumstances. They have been helping to deliver meals to the front doors of the elderly, calling those in isolation to provide phone comfort, and delivering food and advice to the homeless. All money fundraised will go towards providing meals for the vulnerable in this uncertain time. Thank you in advance for your donations!
