50th Birthday North Downs Way Walk · 31 July 2015

We are launching a fundraising appeal to the women and babies of Nepal

Story

I have always wanted to walk the whole of the North Downs Way, a 156 mile long national trail close to my home. To celebrate my 50th birthday I walked almost 90 miles from Farnham to Hollingbourne in July/Aug 2015.  I hope to reach Dover before Christmas.

I'm raising money for the RCM's Nepal campaign, helping women and babies to have access to midwives now, after the devastating earthquakes, and for the future. I'm visiting Nepal from 8-18 October so can report back on how the funds are being used.
