Story

Imagine Christmas day without being able to see the twinkling lights, or not knowing what snow or Santa look like. Living Paintings audio and tactile books bring Christmas to life for thousands of blind and partially sighted children.

Tobias and his brother Dylan are partially sighted. They don't see Christmas in the same way that typically sighted children do. In fact it's all blurry. But you don't have to see clearly to feel the magic of Christmas or to get lost in a good book! As new members of Living Paintings library, they are already discovering how books can really come to life with these amazing 'touch to see' books!

Tobias has pledged to read 2 picture books a day with Mummy for the Big Christmas Read.

He is doing this to help raise money so that other children affected by sight loss can access these wonderful books too. Living Paintings provide access to the visual world for blind and  partially sighted children of all ages.
