Venture Trust work with people who have experienced some of the toughest life circumstances, providing them with an opportunity to develop and learn new skills, grow their confidence and find a positive path forwards. Through encouraging people to utilise the benefits of the outdoors, they aim to support peoples mental health and well-being so they can start to lead happier and healthier lives.

As part of the Venture Trust summer fundraising campaign, we have all been challenged to either #BagAMunro 🗻 in real life, or find a creative way to do it instead. If you're reading this, you know me... So let's be honest, I'd never manage to climb a Munro 🤦🏼‍♀️. So I've had a think and instead I will virtually climb Ben Nevis by walking up Dundee Law 🌋

Ben Nevis is the highest mountain in Scotland at 1,345 meters, almost 8 times the height of Dundee Law which stands at 174 meters. Therefore during the month of August I will need to walk up the Law 8 times... I didn't earn my title as "The Coffee Shop Outreach Worker" in my previous role for nothing!! (Thanks for that Phil 😂). So that surely deserves a little sponsorship, right?

It's all in the name of getting out there and raising some much needed funds for life changing programmes that support people across Scotland, who've experienced life's toughest challenges. I know times are tight for many of us right now, but if you can spare any amount at all then I would be eternally grateful 🥰
