It has been a difficult year for so many people over this last year and CAP have seen an even greater need for their life-giving and life-changing service across the UK. More and more people have been plunged into financial desperation and despair and CAP are able to stand alongside those people and offer them hope and a way out. I have set myself another running challenge in order to help raise both more awareness and more financial support for the incredible work that CAP do, and see more people set free from the grip of poverty. 

After 18 months of barely leaving the house and commuting only a few metres to my desk from my bed, I thought it was about time I dusted off the old running shoes and put the miles in again to see if the old legs have still got it in them! Will you support me and help get me to the end?
