Myself and a handful of my coasteering colleagues will endeavour to swim, climb, traverse and jump our way along a 24km stretch of rugged coast from St Agnes to Newquay harbour in just one day!

For years I have guided military groups around our coastline including servicemen and women that have been injured whilst serving for our country. So please support my effort by donating to the Help for Heroes charity.
