In July I will be cycling over 500 miles in 4 days from Paris to Liverpool to raise money for T.E.A.M Sefton.  Please donate to this worthwhile charity, they do amazing things to help kids, every penny counts and every penny will go to the charity, all costs for the trip are paid for by the cyclists taking part. 

On a personal note, this is going to be a challenge as I broke my hip last year in a cycling accident and have yet to get back to full fitness, this event should focus the mind!
