Since lockdown measures have been implemented, there has been an huge increase in Mental Health illness. People with no history of mental illness are developing serious psychological problems for the first time as a result of the lockdown.

Through our fundraising boxing event we are hoping to raise awareness, connect and support those in need during this difficult time.

We all have mental health, just as we all have physical health – everyone has it and we need to take care of it. Mental Health problems are more common than people think, they affect one in four of us each year.

This Sunday 10am we are setting up a Virtual Boxing Class open to everyone - all proceeds will go to Central London Samaritans. Everyone is welcome, you don't need to have done any boxing before! 

Samaritans is a registered charity aimed at providing
emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope, or at risk of suicide throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. 

Boxing has many well known physical and mental health benefits. It is a great outlet for depression, boosting self-confidence, stress relief as well as getting you into great shape! Come and join our event this Sunday for a bit of fun and that endorphin release! 

All donations are welcome big or small! :)
