To any of John’s friends and colleagues who would like to make a donation towards the outstanding support and care he was given by the NHS staff at East Surrey Hospital and especially the Macmillan Nurses of  ‘Cancer of Unknown Primary’.

He was a bright fun loving man with a love for life and will be terribly missed by all.
