Story
Genesis Trust provide a unique safety net in Bath for people who are struggling with homelessness and poverty.
This is a unique and professional approach.

This approach is achieved via various interlinking projects which meet the needs of hungry, homeless and vulnerable people in Bath and the surrounding areas. Genesis offer immediate practical help with food, clothing and furniture, as well as providing long-term opportunities, training and work experience.
Genesis pro actively support people on their journey from crisis to independence.
Genesis run10 interlinked projects which address both the causes and symptoms of poverty and homelessness in Bath.

This year's ride is a solo effort as the Bath Sportive has not taken place. However, mindful of that the organisers have sanctioned and supported rides to be completed in September this year under the Bath Sportive banner.
I already have my medal so no pressure then.....for added spice join me in a #GenesisTogether virtual challenge.
This is a virtual race from Bath Abbey to Exeter Abbey and am using it as a training programme. This I completed last week.
I am in a second virtual race along the Cotswold Way from Chipping Camden to Bath Abbey - my final destination next week.

Genesis is a trust that Dilys and myself whole heartedly support and have continued to contribute goods and furniture too. This is in addition to the voluntary work Dilys does in delivering shopping to families in crisis.
This ride is a further way of raising much needed funding.
