Recently I lost a friend who lost his struggle with mental health. I have 10 days off work coming up in July and I aim to cycle (on my turbo trainer) the length of the country 1408km - official Lands End to John O Groats distance in 7 days. (Hopefully) 

I’ve not trained for it, I’m not ready for it but the physical struggle to complete this challenge is nothing compared to the struggle people can have with their mental strength. 

Tough Enough To Care are a mental health charity with a rugby background which is why I have chosen to support them with this challenge. I know there is a lot of people asking for donations at this time. But if you can donate I would be very grateful.
