In loving memory of my Dad, William Silk who we sadly lost through tragic circumstances. To honor his memory I would like to be able to raise awareness to Mental Health, to say it's OK not to be OK and to say to anyone struggling please let someone help you. If only My Dad had, we would still have him with us now. He had such a loving Wife, Daughter, Son-In-Law, 4 Grandchildren and many dear friends that loved him dearly and would have done anything to help him through his struggles.

If we can raise awareness and money for this charity and it helps just one person get the help they need or one family going through what we are right then I know my Dad would be really proud of us all.
