I (Joanne) have recently started running (jogging!) and decided to enter the Glasgow 10k (6.214 miles) as my first proper race. Then, Kay and I started running together and in no time we were doing 10k! So now we have upped the distance, and hope to complete the half marathon in under 3 hours!  Kay has been running off and on for years, and is a real motivator. I am so glad we are doing this together! 

This has been a tough year, we all miss Oscar awfully. So I decided to do this in his memory. I will be thinking of him the whole way
