Story

On the 11th August 2014, my friend lost her younger brother Chris to cancer of the duodenum.  He was just 36 years old.  Chris, who was scared of spiders and of monsters under his bed, proved to be the bravest of the brave when he was given the terrible diagnosis in early July and for the following few weeks until his death.  The duodenum is found in the small bowel and for that reason, all funds I raise will be directed to Chris' fund to research into Small Bowel Cancer.  I hope that my fundraising will help speed up the discovery of a cure, raise awareness and save other people going through the pain Chris did in the last few months of his life.

Many thanks for all your support.
