During the COVID 19 pandemic, I have been unable to teach Pilates Classes. To help keep my loyal clients mobile and sane during lockdown, I have filmed and uploaded online classes for them access at home. Instead of taking payment for these online classes, I would like clients to donate to The Sussex Snowdrop Trust. A local charity that support children and families during very tough times, providing 'Nursing Care at Home' for children who have a life-threatening illness or who may be terminally ill.
