Mission Rabies is a UK-based charity and international NGO working to eliminate rabies by 2030. Despite being 100% vaccine preventable, rabies causes at least 70,000 human deaths annually, most of which are children. We are going to change this. Following World Health Organisation guidelines, Mission Rabies run mass canine vaccination drives and educate local communities on rabies prevention in India, Malawi, Sri Lanka and Tanzania. Our results speak for themselves with the number of human rabies deaths falling every year.
