The NHS is under stress as everyone knows and can only do so much. When all the treatment options are exhausted hospices like St Vincents step in. These wonderful charities provide much needed support, comfort and advice for those reaching the end of their lives and also for their families. While Jo was fiercely independent she really appreciated the help they, and the wonderful district nurses gave her in her final weeks. I personally benefited hugely from the counselling I received. 

We have to use our vote to make a difference to the NHS funding but St Vincents is a community treasure we need to work hard to keep. No-one should face this challenge alone and any donation you make will help to ensure they don't have to.
