For years Joanna and I have been using the catchphrase 'we arent built for running' however we have pushed this a side and for the last 6 weeks have been training for this 10K race to raise money for a charity so very close to our hearts.  

We have amazed ourselves and our discipline and determination to complete this race in a good time.
