This year, I will be playing in First Tee of the Triangle's annual Kid-Am Tournament. I have been apart of First Tee of the Triangle for 9 years and it is such a great organization not only to get into the game of golf but also teaches you the importance of life skills. These skills help me outside of golf and have made me a better person. For the past 3 years, I have been a Junior Volunteer coach for First Tee. Volunteering gives me the opportunity to teach kids the game of golf and life skills just like when I was in their shoes in 2011. This past June I volunteered at the First Tee STEM camps; this was a whole new experience linked through STEM and the kids loved it. In 2018, I was the Junior Volunteer of the year, and I am so grateful for all the friendships and connections I have made. In 2020, I was a volunteer for the Month of July. The Kid-Am gives me a chance to give back to First Tee as they have done so much for me and made me the person who I am today. Please help me in raising money for the future of kids after me!!
