Like many of you, I am struggling to watch the heartbreaking scenes in the Ukraine at the moment.

Not knowing what else to do, over the next 8 weeks I am going to swim 8 miles in cold Derbyshire and Yorkshire waters to raise funds. I know it’s hardly marathon swimming but it pushes me enough mentally. 

Please help me to do this by:

Donating £1 a mile or £8 in total. With gift aid this will supply a tarpaulin to protect a family from the elements. If we can raise £48 it will will buy 10 fleece blankets, and £72 will provide psychosocial support in a safe place for the displaced children as they attempt  to recover from this horrific situation in the future. Even if you are able to send just £1 (anonymously) that would be hugely appreciated.
