0n the 9th August 2012, Jaki passed away.

Jaki was an amazing person who was fiercely proud of and devoted to her family. She was also a special and loving friend to many people. She had a larger than life personality with a fantastic sense of humour, always making time for everyone. In all aspects of her life she showed courage and determination and she was an inspiration to many. She will be greatly missed.
