My story,  on 21/11/21 our baby girl Rosie-leigh was born sleeping.  It was the hardest time of my life. I thought I could get through the pain and the grieving all by my self. Oh, was I wrong. We all need a little help sometimes.  This charity  gave me free sessions where I could open up my heart in a confidential space. Where I felt safe.  Although I only had a handful of sessions speaking about what had happened in a safe space out loud. Did me so much good. I was in so much denial. That it helped me see the reality.  To be honest it made me feel so less alone.  

I'm doing this to raise awareness of the charity and that it is there for anyone who has lost a child through pregnancy or through childhood. But it's a safe space for anyone. You can even go as a family. You don't have to make that step on your own . As getting help is a very big step for some people. I know it was for me. 

Anyone who is struggling reach out !  Even if it was any years ago you lost you angel, you can still reach out now. There no time limit of grieving ❤
