We serve hot nutritious food, to provide love, dignity & food security .

Story

According to the UNHCR (The UN High Commissioner for Refugees) There are an estimated 84 million displaced people in the world with over 35 million being Children. This statistic is so shocking, big and sad.

Jess Webb, Shaun Warmington and I (Beth) decided to try and support a fantastic cause that provides food to refugees in France and England. Refugee Community Kitchen (RCK) have been serving nutritious food without judgement to those fleeing war, poverty, persecution and climate change since 2015. The work that RCK does is a revolutionary way of helping that provides humanity and nourishment to hungry and vulnerable people creating a connected and kinder world. Their mission is to give highly nutritional food support to displaced people no matter their situation.

We will FINALLY  be heading over there in June for 6 days (delayed due to Covid) to volunteer with RCK and try and give back a little bit to those who need it the most. If you are in a place to donate financially to this cause, please give what you can.

Food is a language that crosses all borders <3
