Our dad, Jeremy, worked as a consultant in Emergency Medicine and Clinical Director of Unscheduled Care at Glangwili hospital in Carmarthen, he was also a former WRU team doctor amongst many other things! 

We wanted to set up this JustGiving page to make it easier to donate to Hywel Dda Health Charities, more specifically Glangwili A&E, in his memory.
